This student is a 10 year old, year 4 girl, who was selected for this research model due to her love for books and paper resources. Over the first terms of the year I noticed her using books more than technology options that she was offered. I found her to be a great student to research and collect data from as it was a challenge to try and engage her on any device when she was offered a choice between media and text. Student C was chosen for this specific grouping to push and extend Student B in conversation and research content.
