7.1 Meet professional ethics and responsibilities
Proficient: Meet codes of ethics and conduct established by regulatory authorities, systems and schools.
Evidence:

Understand and implement the professional role of an educator as seen at Tulliallan Primary School as seen in the Tulliallan School Teacher Handbook

Uphold standards set by Tulliallan Primary School both personally and professionally
7.2 Comply with legislative, administrative and organisational requirements
Proficient: Understand the implications of and comply with relevant legislative, administrative, organisational and professional requirements, policies and processes.
Evidence:

Use and refer to specific Tulliallan guidelines and base conduct using the professional document written and enacted by whole school council. EG: Administration processes

Follow specific mandatory processes that cover and protect student and community wellbeing EG: Lockdown procedure
7.3 Engage with the parents/ carers
Proficient: Establish and maintain respectful collaborative relationships with parents/ carers regarding their children’s learning and wellbeing.
Evidence:

Calling or emailing parents through Compass about their student's work and/or positive behaviour

Engaging with the community to get parent helpers for the school Kitchen Garden
7.4 Engage with professional teaching networks and broader communities
Proficient: Participate in professional and community networks and forums to broaden knowledge and improve practice.

Working alongside staff from other schools to provide a high-level STEM curriculum program

Attended a Casey Central Network Meeting in regards to completing VIT full registration
